The story behind the mission

Lisa Randolph spent decades in those rooms. And instead of accepting it, she started paying attention. What made some meetings produce real outcomes while others produced only frustration? What was the difference between a team that moved forward and one that kept spinning?

She knows what it feels like to lead a team that's working hard but not gaining ground — because she spent 2 decades inside nonprofit and ministry leadership, and 3 decades overseeing federal programs where misalignment had real consequences.
